We ship only using premium next day shipping services so that the fish are never in transport for more than 24 hours. 100% of our orders are delivered on schedule and alive. But for that peace of mind, if something goes wrong we will replace the order or give a credit for it! Simply contact us with a picture of the damaged order and the time it was received. Due to potential elemental factors, you must have proof (a photo of the fish) of the order being received within an hour of its delivery arrival.

How We Ship

Packaging

Fish are shipped in thick plastic bags with pure oxygen added. This allows them to survive up to 3 days in a sealed bag. The bags are placed into styrofoam insulated boxes.

Next-Day Shipping

Shipped via UPS next-day air from Austintown Ohio. We only ship on weekdays.

We figured out the most economical way to buy koi, and we pass the savings onto our customers.

Frequently when you buy a koi, it goes through multiple middlemen before it reaches your pond.

First is the farmer, who sells wholesale to serious bulk buyers. Then comes the distributor, who buys those very large quantities of koi and sells them by size and grade to a wholesaler. The wholesaler then sells them in even smaller quantities to your local pond store or pet store. And finally, after being marked up half a dozen times, they are sold at retail pricing.

As the name implies, we are the distributor. However, we do things differently and offer koi directly to customers. So, we cut out multiple middlemen and pass those savings on to you!
